The Position:
As a Recruitment Support Specialist, you will assist our Recruitment Partners with the sourcing, screening and scheduling of candidates for our client's open positions.

This is a position created by growth; in fact, we're in need of an entire team of Recruitment Support Specialists to supplement our bench strength and assist with several exciting new recruiting projects in the pipeline. Currently, these are 4-6 month contract positions that, for outstanding performers, have the potential to lead into other opportunities.

Our Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional/business experience in one of the following roles: recruiting/HR support (preferred), call center, client relations, or administrative/project support.
• Experience interfacing with business professionals.
• Solid writing skills.
• A clear and professional phone manner.
• High level of comfort with a personal computer and a track record of learning new technologies quickly.
• Experience using project management technologies.
• Fast keyboarding skills (you'll need to document conversations online as they occur).
• A home office environment that is quiet and has high-speed internet.
• Unquestionable work ethic.

A Day in the Life

Even if you have some recruiting experience, you will have plenty to learn as a new member of the DT team. Our goal is to bring this entire team aboard by late August and conduct group training during the last week of August (Aug 25th - 29th).

This in-depth paid training program will consist of both "classroom style" training and on-the-job development. With the goal of ensuring that you have the knowledge necessary to be successful, you will receive training in areas such as:

• How to use our computer system.
• DT's recruiting process and procedures.
• Top-notch phone interviewing and relationship building skills.

Naturally, your training will be ongoing, but this will give you a solid foundation.

Once you are up to speed, you will provide support for an average of 15-20 recruitment projects (openings) at any one time. Specifically, your role will be to:

• Assist with the development of sourcing plans in partnership with the project team -- this is a detailed plan that includes target companies, candidate sources (networks, associations, job boards, etc) and the key "selling" points of the job.
• Screen candidates to find "matches" with our client's open positions -- you'll look at resumes, cover letters and answers to a Resume Supplement to determine a match.
• Phone screen candidates -- this includes documenting the conversation as it occurs.
• Schedule candidate interviews.

While we are currently looking for individuals for a four to six month contract, your outstanding performance in this role could open the door for further projects and positions at Decision Toolbox.

If you struggle to manage your time effectively, like hands-on management, and prefer to focus on one task at a time, this is probably not the role for you.
