Your Impact

Your mission is to “own” and process background checks/drug testing, due diligence and onboarding new hires for this new venture. Depending on your background and aptitude, you may focus on onboarding, background variance resolution or H1B visa issues -- you also may contribute to all three. While this role will evolve over time, here is a sampling of the kinds of responsibilities you will handle:
  • Drive all pre-hire transactions for E2E and our clients, including processing background checks, drug testing and onboarding; stay in touch with background/drug testing companies to offer timely updates to candidates regarding how long the process will take and to minimize time lags by staying on top of all paper work
  • Foster positive rapport with new hires by being the primary point of contact, and provide high-touch support throughout the onboarding process
  • Communicate testing results with recruiters and various hiring managers throughout the onboarding process and verify that all required new hire paperwork is completed accurately Quick question for you - click here
  • Manage and mitigate corporate espionage risk and candidates falling off due to lengthy background checks
  • Manage processing of all H1B visas
  • Process new hire I-9s via E-verify in accordance with federal guidelines, to ensure employment eligibility
  • Provide exceptional service to new hires, including answering questions about company benefits, payroll, and other HR type information
  • Provide regular progress reports to the client and E2E, and brainstorm with stakeholders to overcome obstacles and resolve issues
  • Adhere to E2E and client SOPs

Your Background

Specific experience and knowledge will be essential, of course, but just as important will be a strong sense of values and a robust work ethic. To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:
  • A high school diploma or related combination of education and experience (experience/attitude trumps credentials in our world)
  • 2+ years of experience managing high-volume candidate processing, including at least ONE of the following: background checks/drug testing, H1B visas, and/ior onboarding candidates with accuracy and timeliness
  • Solid initiative and self-motivation, and a demonstrated ability to achieve goals independently, including analyzing situations and prioritizing high risk cases
  • Innate curiosity to learn about candidates’ backgrounds and manage the process with accuracy and efficiency, keeping all stakeholders updated throughout the process (to mitigate the risk of candidates falling off at this critical juncture)
  • Extreme organization skills and timeliness to manage a plethora of paperwork and get offer letters out within 24 hours
  • Good judgment and a strong sense of confidentiality
