The Role
As Recruitment Coordinator, your mission will be to help facilitate and manage certain aspects of the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring a better candidate experience.The primary focus of the position will be to assist with the recruitment administration back-end process and help walk candidates through the on boarding process. You’ll partner with both internal E2E RS recruiters and a variety of onsite client contacts including Human Resources, Hiring Managers and external vendors (drug screening and background check companies).
When you are not assisting with recruitment activities, you will play a key role in assisting the client’s social media manager with a variety of social media activities related to the recruitment process. You’ll post on everything from Facebook to LinkedIn, helping to get the word out about our client’s openings and grow brand recognition in the marketplace. Quick question for you - click here
More specifically, your essential functions will be to:
- Coordinate and send offer letter to candidates.
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Manage Pre-Employment paperwork, including New Hire Info Sheet, Applicant Questionnaire, IQ and BIQ, Fleet Application, etc. Facilitate Drug Screen, Lift test and D.O.T. Quick question for you - click here
- Research, analyze, prepare and present hiring statistics.
- Maintain records on recruiting activities as required, including candidate disposition status.
- Manage candidate disposition records and status.
- Provide information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
- Arrange travel and lodging for applicants, if necessary.
