Job Purpose
Fill requisitions, provide value and build relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities & Authorities (3 top 8 bullet points)
< >Participates in discovery/brainstorming sessions with the hiring manager and DT writerContinuously source candidates using database searches, social networking, email campaigns, cold calling and other creative methodsEngage passive candidates found through sourcing and provided by the sourcing teamEvaluate and screen candidates Present the best candidates to the hiring manager or human resources contact.Schedule interviews and possibly arranging travelInitiate background checks and referencesHelp negotiate and deliver offers based on client specific criteria (when applicable)Provide orientation and/or training to hiring managers on our ATSExperience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing, tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.Take a consultative approach, including the ability to win over difficult clients and come up with solutions for projects that are stuck or not viable.The instinct and emotional intelligence to ask the difficult questions.An unquestionable work ethic and the ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high quality.Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teamsProactively communicate internally and externallyAttend training and team meetings as neededComfortable building relationships over the phone with candidates and clientsKeep notes and updates in tracking tools and systems currentIdentify and implement new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidatesMeet weekly/monthly/quarterly production goals and revenue targets as set by management teamUtilize Applicant Tracking System (and other program tools)Identifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could inform search parametersMay mentor new hires to help them get settled into their role with DT

Meeting deadlines with quality talent. Meet set KPIs for specific program. KPIs to include (but not limited to): hire ratio, client and candidate satisfaction, days to present the candidate hired, sourced hire ratio, and funnel ratios.

Working Conditions
This role follows peaks and valleys of our business. At times that means urgent deadlines and volume positions being launched. Generally speaking the work can be completed during regular business hours. However, there may be times when we are launching large volume that weekend or evening work would be required.

Physical Requirements
This job requires a lot of screen time on a computer.
