Please be aware of the following as you consider this opportunity:
  • The volume of work will ebb and flow, so that some weeks will involve full-time work and some weeks will involve part-time work.
  • You'll work from your home office and our preference is that you are based in Arizona.
  • You also will need a home office setup that is free of distraction and includes broadband Internet access of at least 10 mbps.
  • You should be willing and able to travel approximately;5 percent of the time.

The Role

As Recruitment Coordinator, your mission will be to help facilitate and manage various aspects of the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring a better candidate experience and delighting clients.

The primary focus of the position will be to assist with the recruitment administration back-end process and help walk candidates through onboarding processes. You'll partner with both internal E2E RS recruiters, a variety of client contacts (including human resources and hiring managers) and external vendors (drug screening and background check companies).

Specific responsibilities will vary from client to client, from scheduling interviews to coordinating pre-employment testing. What follows is a sampling of potential responsibilities.

In this role you may:
  • Open jobs in various systems and post ads.
  • Coordinate, ensure the accuracy of, and send offer letters to candidates.

  • Manage pre-employment paperwork to ensure it is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate any pre-employment testing, such as drug screens or skill assessments
  • Conduct phonescreens.
  • Research, analyze, prepare and present hiring statistics.

Manage candidate disposition records and status.
  • Provide information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
