As an Engage2Excel Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an important part of a highly skilled team of recruiting industry professionals supporting E2E's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) clients. You will provide support to the recruiting staff in coordinating all aspects of recruiting, tracking and monitoring candidate information, selection and hiring of new employees. You'll primarily support pre-employment activities but could also perform related duties such as creating requisitions and helping with job postings.

• Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews
• Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information

To be a good fit for the Recruiting Coordinator opportunity, you will need:

• 2 years of experience in a Scheduler, Coordinator or similar role, ideally in the recruitment industry  Quick question for you - click here
• Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced setting; familiarity in working with deadlines
• Ability to manage a large workload in a timely manner;
• Strong Microsoft Outlook skills, additional MS Office skills are a plus; Applicant Tracking system (ATS) experience preferred Quick question for you - click here
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong customer service skills; ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with others
• Strong keyboarding, data entry and phone skills
• Highly detail oriented
