What is a Channel Partner?
A Decision Toolbox Channel Partner is someone who is "respected and connected" in the world of HR: our Channel Partners include well-respected organizations, current HR executives at major corporations, and independent consultants and professionals close to the talent acquisition and/or talent management industry. Many of our partners have witnessed the value of the Decision Toolbox model first-hand as a customer, and then shared our model with associates, peers, and/or clients.
What do Channel Partners do?
Very simply, Channel Partners introduce Decision Toolbox to their network. You make the connection, and refer the contact to Decision Toolbox's CMO, Jeff Bloch. For any company that becomes a client of Decision Toolbox, you receive an 8% share of all revenues generated with that company for an entire year! Once you make the referral, we do all the heavy lifting - explaining our services, executing agreements, delivering services, billing, etc. You have no obligation beyond your introduction.
How much of my time does this involve?
The simple answer is: as much or as little time as you'd like to invest. Some of our Channel Partners refer one client every few months, and some choose to make referring Decision Toolbox a full-time occupation.
