The Requirements
To meet the basic qualifications for this role you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. To be a good fit for the Sales Executive opportunity, you also should have:- A track record of success in consultative sales, demonstrated by numbers, including:
- Selling services/intangibles to senior executives in mid-sized to Fortune 1000 corporations
- Cost justification selling
- Generating most if not all of your own leads
- An extensive network of contacts
- The ability to build relationships and establish credibility in short order
- Outstanding presentation skills
- The ability to become and remain current on the latest industry trends, technologies and best practices
- A solid work ethic with an ethical and honest approach to doing business
- The ability to work independently while also pulling in other team members when needed/appropriate
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills

The Role

You will help shape this newly added role moving forward, and your efforts will make an impact company-wide. Your main focus will be selling RPO solutions to medium and large companies across the country, companies you have identified through thoughtful market research and networking. You’ll also be able to sell our other offerings such as our Hourly Full Service Search, Talent Pipelining, Sourcing and Ad Hoc Hourly Contract Recruiting. Whether you’re targeting RPO clients with annual contracts in the high six to low seven figure ranges, or pursuing a nationwide, high-volume recruiting opportunity, the flexibility of our model can meet any client need. As a DT evangelist, you will spread the word about our unique services and share how we have helped relieve our clients of their talent acquisition pain. We believe your network -- which should position you only a couple degrees of separation from virtually any prospect you've identified to target -- and our portfolio of successful case studies will make a powerful combination. There is a dedicated Client Services and Quality team to grow the clients you land, allowing you to focus on bringing in additional business.

We have found that chaining through networks, referrals, and contacts, simply sharing Decision Toolbox's results with targeted companies is a sales formula that really works, so a salesperson with an evangelist approach will do well.While we expect you’ll be quick off the line, you’ll also need to dedicate some time to learn our systems, products, model, etc. We know you know how to sell, but in order to be an outstanding Strategic Account Executive, you will also:
- Bring a highly responsive and resourceful approach to the needs, requests, and issues of clients and potential clients
- Leverage your creativity, not only in finding high-potential new clients, but also in going up against bigger, flashier competitors
