Your Résumé

To meet the basic qualifications for this role you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. To be a good fit for the Sales Executive opportunity, you also should have:
  • A track record of consultative sales success in the RPO space -- not only can you talk the talk, but you also can back up that talk with solid numbers
  • A background that includes:
    • Selling services to senior executives in mid-sized to Fortune 1000 corporations
    • Selling complex solutions tailored to client needs
    • Cost justification selling
    • Generating most if not all of your own leads
    • Pricing solutions and services
  • Strong technical savvy and experience with CRM systems and other online sales tools.
  • An extensive network of contacts
  • The ability to build relationships and establish credibility in short order
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Experience with proven consultative sales methods (SPIN selling, Sandler, Miller Heiman, etc.); formal training is a solid plus
  • Experience selling RPO solutions across multiple verticals is strongly preferred
  • A bachelor's degree is a plus

The Role

Leverage our full toolbox of solutions to meet every client's unique needs

If you're the person we're looking for -- a full-on hunter -- you know most of what this position entails. However, to be sure we're providing a complete picture, here are some details.

You will focus on selling RPO solutions to medium and large companies across the country, companies you have identified through thoughtful market research and networking. You'll also be able to sell our other offerings such as our Hourly Full Service Search, Talent Pipelining, Sourcing and Ad Hoc Hourly Contract Recruiting. Whether you're targeting RPO clients with annual contracts in the high six to low seven figure ranges, or pursuing a nationwide, high-volume recruiting opportunity, the flexibility of our model can meet any client need. That means you'll enjoy a mix of shorter and longer sales cycles.

You won't be limited by a vertical market or territory. You can approach any company in North America who isn't already a DT client. On the Biz Dev team we're very supportive of one another, and we make sure we're not stepping on one another's toes.

As a DT evangelist, you will spread the word about our unique services and share how we have helped relieve our clients' talent acquisition pain. We believe your network and our portfolio of successful case studies will make a powerful combination. There are dedicated Client Services and Quality teams to grow the clients you land, allowing you to focus on bringing in additional business.
