Your Impact
If you are a good fit for this position, you understand most of what the job entails. However, to ensure we are providing enough information to help you make an informed decision, here are some details.Your mission will be to ensure your team consistently executes behavioral-based interviews (BBIs) on a large number of candidates from various internal and external sources. This will include developing and managing efficient and effective processes. Right now we expect your team to include about 14 recruiters/interviewers, but that number (like many other aspects of this program) may change.
Once candidates have been screened by another team, they will be queued up for BBIs. You and your team will screen candidates for behaviors and characteristics. Pivotal to your success will be your ability to ensure strong, consistent performance regarding interviews, documentation and scoring and to develop and maintain an efficient and effective candidate interviewing process. Quick question for you - click here This is a hands-on management role, and you will listen in on calls in order to provide feedback and coaching.
If you're the person we're looking for, you understand the coaching can be subtle. In addition to technique, you will coach for things like cadence, intonation and removing bias. Given the volume, you'll also need to help your team develop resilience and efficiency. Beyond one-on-one coaching, you'll also monitor metrics to identify trends, and conduct root cause analysis as necessary to resolve any issues.
This will be a little like managing a call center staffed by professionals, although the team may be dispersed, working from home offices. The volume will be high -- up to 1000 interviews a week -- and the expectations around quality will be just as high.
You will provide regular progress reports to the client and E2E RS, and brainstorm with stakeholders to overcome obstacles and resolve issues. You'll also need to adhere to E2E RS and client SOPs.

Your Background
Specific experience and knowledge will be essential, of course, but just as important will be a strong sense of values and a robust work ethic. To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. - Strong knowledge of and experience with behavioral based interviewing and candidate selection
- Exceptional coaching skills and a demonstrated ability to drive improvement in KPIs
- Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- A passion for impacting your team and the client's organization
- Strong intellectual horsepower as well as emotional intelligence
- Flexibility and adaptability as the program and new company grow and evolve
- Proven strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- The ability to manage multiple activities and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with high expectations
