Your Impact
If you are a good fit for this position, you understand most of what the job entails. However, to ensure we are providing enough information to help you make an informed decision, here are some details.You will coordinate all processes and issues with H1B visas. You'll interact with Candidate Care Specialists and external legal teams (among others) to process some 700 visa applications each quarter. For the most part you will communicate to candidates through the Care Specialists, but you may have direct candidate contact as well. This program and your role will evolve, but your key activities will include:
- Coordinating and managing documentation
- Managing relationships with external agencies, and processing invoices in collaboration with Accounting; you'll also support collection efforts as necessary
- Tracking the status of H1B applications
- Working with the Care Specialists to get necessary information from candidates and also to help minimize candidate frustration
- Maintaining records on recruiting activities as required, including candidate disposition status
- Helping research, analyze, and report on visa hiring statistics
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
- Coordinating internal meetings

Your Background
To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the H1B Visa Coordinator opportunity, you will have:- At least one year of experience as an HR assistant or recruiting assistant/coordinator, preferably in an RPO environment
- Experience supporting H1B visa processes
- Solid technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and navigate from one system/application to another
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Fluency in English; skills in Spanish, Hindi or other languages are a plus
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- A high level of professionalism

You also will need to be willing and able to travel for initial training, and occasionally for team and/or client meetings.

In addition, you should anticipate and address potential issues to stay ahead of timelines.
Most importantly, we'll look to you to keep the manager informed at all times. Perhaps the only unforgivable offense at E2E RS is to ignore or cover up a problem. If an issue arises, you should recognize it and act (including asking for help) quickly.
