Your Impact

Your mission is to coordinate and exercise functional authority for designing, planning, organizing, integrating, and completing various projects to support E2E RS team. Your initial focus is to ensure that: 1) Projects are launched on time; and 2) We get fantastic survey scores.
 
You will provide regular progress reports your supervisor, and brainstorm with stakeholders to overcome obstacles and resolve issues. You'll also need to adhere to E2E RS and client SOPs.

Your Background

Specific experience and knowledge will be essential, of course, but just as important will be a strong sense of values and a robust work ethic. To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree or related combination of education and experience (experience/attitude trumps credentials in our world)
• 3-5 years of demonstrated Project Management experience with a track record of driving multiple projects in varying stages to completionQuick question for you - click here
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal finesse to engage with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional project teamsQuick question for you - click here
• Ability to think creatively and tactically with a proven track record in aligning and driving to project goals
• Strong self-initiative to set clear goals and achieve or exceed performance metrics
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); we’ll train on MS Project & Visio but if you already have familiarity with these tools, that is a plus
• RPO/Staffing background is a plus

Overall, every person at E2E RS is responsible for providing an excellent client experience by using the Extreme Service Hierarchy method (accuracy, timeliness, responsiveness, proactivity and mutual learning) to build quality relationships internally and externally.

You will work from your home office and need to have a relatively quiet, distraction-free environment, as well as a home office setup that includes Internet access with upload/download speeds of at least 10 mbps.
