Your Background

Specific experience and knowledge will be essential, of course, but just as important will be a strong sense of values and a robust work ethic. To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the MSP Director opportunity, you will have:

Overall, every person at E2E RS is responsible for providing an excellent client and candidate experience by using the Extreme Service Hierarchy method (accuracy, timeliness, responsiveness, proactivity and mutual learning) to build quality relationships internally and externally.

You also will need to be willing and able to travel for initial training, and for team and/or client meetings. We anticipate travel to be around 25 - 30 percent of the time. 

Your Impact

You will report to and work closely with the Program Director to develop, maintain and manage relationships with third party vendors with an overall mission of ensuring continuity of quality. You will help create a matrixed environment in which vendors and internal resources work hand-in-hand to achieve high levels of efficiency and effectiveness in the development and delivery of HR solutions, talent acquisition tools, and processes and services.

Your activities will support everything from pre-employment services and Managed Service Providers (MSP), to relocation services and third party search firms -- including executive search and niche firms. You will serve as the key liaison and point of contact among E2E Talent Acquisition, Customer Engagement Managers (CEMs) and a pool of third party service providers. This will require a high level of professionalism, relationship management, negotiation skills and internal customer partnership. The successful MSP Director will create and track acceptable service level expectations for service providers and third party vendors and internally communicate and monitor key performance indicators to ensure effectiveness of solutions. 

You’ll take a unique approach to the role, helping to ensure that the majority of our hires for this new initiative are coming from our vendors. You will augment and complement our internal recruitment efforts with the efforts of the third party vendors. 

More specifically, some of your essential duties and responsibilities will be to:
  • Effectively manage relationships with external vendors. 
  • Ensure continued service delivery and customer satisfaction and create and adopt strategies as vendor service offerings to develop and maintain strategic relationship with suppliers
  • Define key performance indicators and build metrics and service level agreements for core programs. 
  • Troubleshoot all vendor problems and ensure problem resolutions are achieved.  
  • Drive program objectives and provide program management to new and existing HR solutions.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships across the organization and beyond. 
  • Work closely with IT, Procurement, Legal, Operations and other departments to accomplish collective goals and objectives as you also develop strong partnerships with HR Operations across all locations.
  • Scale services and tools to meet the evolving needs of this exciting initiative. Design solutions, processes and procedures that will scale with the growth in volume and complexity. 
  • Cultivate and nurture vendor relationships. Actively engage new and existing vendors to align with Company's strategic growth plans, drive value through product pricing and expansion of offerings, leverage vendor system training and support to deliver quality service to client groups. 
  • Manage all vendor invoices to ensure that payments are directed to the appropriate accounts and paid in a timely manner.
