Your Background

Specific experience and knowledge will be essential, of course, but just as important will be a strong sense of values and a robust work ethic. To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the MSP Coordinator opportunity, you will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management, or related field is preferred 
  • Some experience in HR Vendor Management, including experience managing third party vendor relationships.
  • Experience managing talent solutions including RPO, MSP, temp / contract labor and/or multiple executive search firms.
  • Experience in a high-volume environment. 
  • 
The ability to drive program efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations -- ability to serve multiple customers (vendors, employees, managers, HR). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills necessary to manage multiple assignments in a rapidly changing environment,

You also will need to be willing and able to travel for initial training, and for team and/or client meetings.

Your Impact

Under the supervision of the MSP Director, as a MSP Coordinator, you will be involved with a variety of activities that will help to support the relationship between E2E and our third party vendors. 

You'll be involved with everything from inputting candidates into our proprietary system to tracking and maintaining information and data coming from our vendors. We will also look to you to monitor the performance of our vendors, track KPIs, and leverage your analytical abilities to make an impact in this role. Quick question for you - click here

There will also be significant interaction with our third party vendors and internal E2E contacts as you work to ensure candidate flow is sufficient in this fast-paced environment. You'll help move candidates through the process and work to ensure synergy and communication between the agencies and the organization. 

More specifically, you will:
  • Enter vendor inquiries and candidate information into database. 
  • Coach and oversee performance of vendors. 
  • Coordinate quarterly audits to ensure compliance with business requirements, hiring goals and company standards. 
  • Monitor performance against service level agreements in conjunction with the Director. 
  • Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding of vendors, including training. 
  • Facilitate and manage other projects as needed.
