Your Impact

Reporting directly to the Program Director, you’ll oversee a team of fourteen recruitment coordinators exemplifying our Extreme Service Hierarchy (accuracy, timeliness, responsiveness, proactivity and mutual learning) to serve as the “hospitality” crew, driving a best in class candidate experience. Quick question for you - click here

While you’ll inherit certain SOPs and transactional processes, we’ll look to you to peel back the layers, understand the gaps and come up with innovative solutions to optimize the candidate journey and drive continuous improvement. You’ll also serve as the escalation point when offers are rescinded or things go awry with background checks.

We’ll look to you to leverage your "emotional" intelligence to build and sustain trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders (cross-functionally within E2E and with clients) employing a "we" versus "me" approach through change management, diplomacy and teamwork.

Your initial focus is to work with this global powerhouse client but you’ll stay fluid with our ever-changing needs and serve other clients as needed.

You will likely work from your home office and need to have a relatively quiet, distraction-free environment (to professionally interact with clients/team members) as well as a home office setup that includes Internet access with upload/download speeds of at least 10 mbps.

Your Background

Specific experience and knowledge will be essential, of course, but just as important will be a strong sense of values and a robust work ethic. To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Director, Candidate Engagement and Process opportunity, you will have:
  • A servant style leadership approach to coaching/mentoring your team where their needs eclipse your own
  • Emotional intelligence and interpersonal finesse to communicate with diverse stakeholders and personalities  
  • A bachelor's degree or related combination of education and experience (background/experience trumps credentials in our world)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience managing a care or call center with high volume processing; RPO background is a plus
  • Exposure to business intelligence tools; track record of identifying trends and finding the hidden “jewels” in data to optimize the candidate experience
  • A team-oriented mindset to do what's needed to flex with the ever-evolving needs of the business
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities with the ability to work well in a dynamic, high velocity environment
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office suite
Overall, every person at E2E RS is responsible for providing an excellent client experience by using the Extreme Service Hierarchy method (accuracy, timeliness, responsiveness, proactivity and mutual learning) to build quality relationships internally and externally.
