To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Recruiting Manager opportunity, you will have:
  • 3+ years of proven leadership within the recruitment services industry.
  • Proven leadership of a team of Recruiters, Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators.
  • The ability to work from the office during standard, Monday through Friday business days/ hours.
  • The Ability to collaborate effectively with others, problem solve and diplomatically handle all customer or team escalations.
  • Excellent consultative skills.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
  • The ability to prioritize and plan for current and future client needs.
  • Flexibility and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to drive, foster and welcome change.
  • Experience with applicant tracking and applicant tracking systems.
  • The ability to build strong relationships.
  • Understanding of recruiting principles.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills including ability to deliver presentations.

As Recruiting Manager, you will focus solely on client delivery excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team and partnering with our client partner to delight key stakeholders in filling critical positions.

The primary responsibility will be to partner and oversee day to day activities and client satisfaction on client engagement, creation and overseeing of profit/loss statements, budgets and all forecasting. Manage a team of recruiters who are dedicated to each of the client(s) engagement, conducting regularly scheduled calls with each client, resolve all client escalations, problem-solving, determine and implementing best practices for client(s), the CEM is using the Extreme Service Hierarchy method (Accuracy, timeliness, responsiveness, proactivity and mutual learning) to build quality relationships internally and externally. More specifically, you will:
  • Provide proactive trending insights regarding volume, issue resolution and performance success.
  • Respond to client inquiries, concerns and requests.
  • Identify potential areas of operational improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of client team satisfaction.
  • Provide a supportive, positive leadership style to team members while raising sourcing and partnership skills and celebrating goal-driven success.
  • Delight the customer.
  • Outperform prior results and metric-driven SLAs.
