This position will be a 2-month contract, working on-site at Seattle - Tacoma International Airport (free employee parking will be provided).

As Recruitment Coordinator, you will serve as a key onsite recruitment contact for a dedicated Engage2Excel Recruitment Solutions (E2E RS) client. You’ll help ensure a seamless candidate experience and act as the face of our company at the client site—answering questions, helping with social media activities and assisting in ad hoc projects as needed. This unique role offers you some very compelling opportunities. As Recruitment Coordinator, your mission will be to help facilitate and manage certain aspects of the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring a better candidate experience. 

The main focus of the position will be to assist with the recruitment administration back-end process and help walk candidates through the onboarding process. You’ll partner with a variety of onsite client contacts including Human Resources, Hiring Managers and external vendors (drug screening and background check companies). 



​You'll be a primary point of contact for new hires starting their careers with this client, facilitating the admin side of the recruitment and onboarding process. You'll gain valuable exposure in this dynamic role that includes many moving pieces. This could be a great launching pad role for different careers within E2E RS. 

More specifically, your essential functions will be to:

  • Participate in virtual job fairs
  • Coordinate and send offer letter to candidates
  • Conduct background checks
  • Manage Pre-Employment paperwork, including airport badging paperwork
  • Facilitate Drug Screen
  • Maintain records on recruiting activities as required, including candidate disposition status
  • Manage candidate disposition records and status
  • Provide information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants

To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Onsite Recruitment Coordinator opportunity, you will have:
  • Experience as a Scheduler or Coordinator in the recruitment industry is preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook skills and computer and typing literacy
  • Understanding of recruiting principles
  • Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to manage a large workload in a timely manner
  • Familiarity in working with deadlines
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred
