As a Client Delivery Director, you will lead and be part of a unique team of highly skilled recruiting professionals focused on client delivery excellence. You will partner with clients to delight key stakeholders in filling critical positions, be responsible for growing client relationships and oversee Client Delivery Managers and their teams’ activities in driving client satisfaction and client engagement. You will create goals for your team and ensure those goals are met. Additionally, you will:
  • Drive 100% customer retention and satisfaction through positive relationships and delivery
  • Identify and nurture opportunities for growth and expansion  
  • Foster an environment of engaged and high-performing talent through development, training, and compliance
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity in anticipation of and to avoid escalations 
  • Positively resolve client escalations 
  • Review performance data and analyze results to drive greater efficiency and impact 
  • Optimize processes to drive greater efficiencies  
A sampling of specific tasks includes:
  • Client Services: Owner of partnership success and delivery; responsible for achieving revenue retention and growth objectives on all accounts by handling client escalation needs, ensuring satisfaction and fostering stakeholder relationships while identifying and nurturing expansion opportunities
  • Support Account Development: Strategically seek opportunities to improve the account scope, process, profitability, relationship
  • Reporting: Deliver a story with data; identify issues or quell concerns with graphical presentation of performance data; deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews, and QBR’s
  • Effective Contract Management: Work with team and client to ensure that all parties are adhering to the contract and all services and commitments therein
  • Financial: Identify and monitor key financial indicators to gauge performance, identify trends, and drive actions to positively impact results; actively pursue creative opportunities to improve profitability
  • Supervise, Evaluate & Develop Team Members: Provide leadership and follow up, to ensure that team members are held accountable for maintaining the high standard of service established for the client and our work environment

To be a strong fit for the Client Delivery Director opportunity, you will have:
  • 8+ years of experience developing and managing relationships with senior executives at key clients; exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships required
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition leader, in a wide spectrum of areas including recruiting operations, employment & HR practices and policies, financial operations and functional expertise preferred
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with a services business model focused on HR and Talent solutions
  • Managed an RPO account with accountability for optimizing resources, client retention, revenue growth, and profitability
  • Skill in analyzing data for practical use, translating output to actionable insights; creating and maintaining budgets and forecasts; delivering client reporting
  • Seasoned at creating and delivering presentations to a wide range of audiences, including customers employees and executive team
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 25%
In addition to the requirements above, you will need the following core competencies and characteristics:
  • Attention to detail yet still cognizant of big picture
  • Business planning skills including ability to deliver plans that include detailed action steps, timelines, metrics, accountable parties and expected results
  • Independent judgment, creativity and ability to solve problems, effectively manage competing priorities, and diplomatically handle all customer or team escalations
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally
  • Excellent consultative and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and plan for current and future client needs
  • Solid computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced setting
