SUMMARY
The Team Lead ensures continuity, leadership support and provides additional exposure and succession planning for top performers. The Team Lead will gain exposure to leadership and attend meetings, participates in strategic conversations, and learn about Manager decision making. The Team Lead does not have direct reports but is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert, an individual willing to take on more responsibility and identify themselves for future management opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible to implement processes, strategies, and solutions
- Ability to work in a virtual or on-site environment
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate
- Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
- Heavy Client Services responsibilities including managing daily information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
Team Lead Responsibilities - Leadership support
- Requisition assignment
- Manage volumes/workbenches
- Liaison to Operations team to keep process documentation up to date
- First line of support when Manager is not available
- ATS audits
- Assist to drive process improvements
- Participate in team networking and recruiting events
- Demonstrates the Extreme Service Hierarchy
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
- Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives
- Extreme sense of urgency
- Detailed oriented
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
