Talent Acquisition Client Delivery Manager

Job Purpose
As a Talent Acquisition Client Delivery Manager you are responsible for leading and be part of a unique team of highly skilled recruiting professionals to focus on client delivery excellence. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team and partnering with our client to delight key stakeholders in filling critical positions. The Client Delivery Manager role is defined as exempt (salaried) role working from a home / virtual office.
The primary responsibility will be to partner and oversee the delivery team’s day to day activities to drive client satisfaction on client engagement. You will manage a team of recruiters who are dedicated to each of the client(s), conduct regularly scheduled calls with each client, resolve all client escalations, problem solving, as well as determining and implementing best practices for client(s). This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities
- Management of Recruiting Team: Oversight of a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators for each assigned client including workload, Quality and Assurance initiatives, sourcing plans, training, client escalations and establishing best practices. Provide a supportive, positive leadership style to team members while raising sourcing and partnership skills and celebrating goal driven success. RPO combines the delight of the customer with the ability to outperform prior results and metric driven SLA's.
- Sourcing and Networking: Identify qualified candidates utilizing efficient sourcing and networking techniques that yield positive results.
- Candidate Tracking: Use recruiting tools and ATS, to accurately track candidates and interviews.
- Client Service Support: Responsibilities includes (1) providing proactive trending insights regarding volume, issue resolution and performance success (2) responding to client inquiries, concerns and requests, (3) identifying potential areas of operational improvement, and (4) maintain a high level of client team satisfaction.
- Reporting: With your manager, be able to deliver a story with data is necessary in this role. The ability to identify issues or quell concerns with graphical presentation of performance data is a key part of this position. In addition, contribution to monthly and quarterly business reviews will be critical.
- Performance Management: Coaching & Training of team
