Engage2Excel Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter (Contract) to support ongoing sales hiring for a single client organization. This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys full‑cycle recruiting, strong hiring‑manager partnership, consultative and owning delivery for business‑critical roles—without juggling multiple client environments.
This is a fully remote contract role, hiring candidates across EST and PST U.S. time zones.

Required Experience
  • Proven experience recruiting sales professionals across a range of roles and seniority levels
  • Strong full‑life‑cycle recruiting capability
  • Ability to evaluate sales talent beyond resumes—skills, behaviors, and motivation
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
Preferred (but Not Required)
  • Background in agency or contract recruiting
  • Experience supporting fast‑paced or high‑priority hiring initiatives
  • Comfort working with stakeholders across different time zones

Work Location & Schedule

  • Fully remote within the United States
  • Full-time position, 8am-5pm M-F

The Role
What You'll Do

Own Full‑Cycle Sales Recruiting

  • Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for sales roles, from intake through offer acceptance
  • Recruit for a variety of sales positions, which may include inside sales, field sales, account executives, business development, and sales leadership
  • Proactively source, engage, and assess sales candidates using outbound and inbound strategies

Partner Closely with Hiring Managers

  • Lead intake and calibration discussions to understand role requirements and success criteria
  • Provide timely candidate updates, feedback, and recommendations
  • Serve as a consultative recruiting partner throughout the hiring process

Deliver a Strong Candidate Experience

  • Engage candidates with clear, professional, and timely communication
  • Guide candidates through interviews and next steps with transparency
  • Balance speed and quality in a fast‑moving environment

Operate Effectively in a Remote Environment

  • Support hiring activity across multiple U.S. time zones, adjusting schedules as needed
  • Manage priorities independently while staying aligned with hiring goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and recruiting activity within the ATS

Compensation
The pay for this role is $75,000 annually.
