Are you an experienced corporate recruiter who knows how to turn business needs into successful hires? Join Engage2Excel Recruitment Solutions as a Corporate Recruiter and work on-site with a key client in Dallas, Texas. 

In this role, you will operate as a hands-on recruiter and staffing partner, managing full-cycle recruiting while building trusted relationships with hiring leaders. You will gain an up-close understanding of the organization, its culture and its workforce priorities, allowing you to deliver responsive, well-matched talent across a range of corporate and professional functions. 

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers and onboarding coordination 

  • Serve as an on-site staffing partner who understands business priorities and keeps hiring activity moving 

  • Recruit across corporate functions based on the client’s evolving professional and operational needs 

  • Build credibility with candidates and leaders through consultative communication, sound judgment and consistent follow-through 

  • Use recruiting data and market insight to identify challenges, strengthen pipelines and improve results

This is an on-site position in the Uptown area of Dallas, Texas, for a recruiter who enjoys being close to the business, balancing multiple priorities and taking visible ownership of hiring outcomes.

  • Corporate recruiting experience managing professional and business-function searches from intake through accepted offer 

  • Strong hiring-manager partnership skills with the confidence to advise, calibrate expectations and maintain accountability 

  • A staffing-manager mindset combining hands-on recruiting execution with strong organization, prioritization and client service 

  • Proven sourcing ability using direct outreach, referrals, professional networks, job boards, talent communities and other appropriate channels 

  • Effective candidate assessment skills with the judgment to evaluate experience, motivation, communication and organizational fit 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a responsive and professional approach to every interaction 

  • Comfort working on-site in Dallas and collaborating directly with client stakeholders in a fast-moving environment 

Preferred, but not required: 

  • Experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions such as finance, HR, legal, marketing, procurement, technology, administration or operations 

  • Experience supporting a dedicated client in an RPO, embedded recruiting, staffing-manager or corporate talent acquisition environment 

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment CRMs and reporting tools 

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Lead Full-Cycle Corporate Recruiting and Become a Trusted On-Site Talent Partner

As Corporate Recruiter, you will support a dedicated client from its Dallas office, taking ownership of assigned requisitions and delivering a consistent, high-quality recruiting experience. You will work closely with hiring leaders to understand changing priorities, translate business needs into effective search strategies and keep each hiring process moving with urgency and discipline. 

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned corporate and professional positions, from intake through accepted offer 

  • Lead intake and calibration meetings to define required capabilities, preferred experience, decision criteria and success factors 

  • Develop targeted recruiting strategies based on each role, talent market, urgency and stakeholder need 

  • Source and engage qualified candidates through proactive outreach, referrals, talent communities, professional networks and local market relationships 

  • Conduct thorough candidate screens covering relevant experience, motivation, availability, compensation alignment and fit with the opportunity 

  • Present qualified talent clearly with concise, decision-ready candidate information and thoughtful recommendations 

  • Coordinate interviews, feedback and next steps while maintaining timely communication with candidates and hiring teams 

  • Act as a visible on-site recruiting resource who builds relationships, resolves obstacles and creates alignment across stakeholders 

  • Represent the client’s employment brand accurately and professionally throughout the candidate journey 

  • Maintain accurate ATS and recruiting records and monitor pipeline activity, aging, conversion and hiring progress 

  • Provide market and pipeline insight to help leaders make informed decisions about talent availability, requirements and recruiting strategy 

  • Support workforce planning and priority changes by balancing requisitions and adjusting recruiting activity as business needs evolve 

  • Identify process improvements that strengthen speed, quality, candidate experience and hiring-manager satisfaction
