Reporting to the President of E2E Recruitment Solutions, as the Director of Business Development, you will serve as a brand ambassador and business development expert responsible for generating opportunities and growing revenue for our business offerings including Professional Search, RPO, Contract Recruiters, and Recruitment Projects. You’ll be an advocate for the business, build strong and strategic business relationships that win deals and generate referrals, and create a comprehensive channel partner program. Additionally, you'll be expected to increase brand awareness through social media and special events such as webinars, workshops, seminars, community outreach, etc. created to bring current and prospective clients together and to increase brand recognition.
