To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Recruiter opportunity, you will have:
  • 3+ years of recent high-volume, fast-paced recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience supporting a high volume of full cycle requisitions with a variety of sourcing methodologies; experience with RPO clients is a plus.
  • Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.

You will be part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on a variety of positions for an RPO client. You'll provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by the client. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, you must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image. You will engage in full cycle recruiting, which may include sourcing, engagement, initial phone screen and interview arrangements.

In addition to the qualifications already described, you will need:
  • An extremely strong sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of and experience with recruiting practices, candidate process management, behavioral interviewing skills, and other assessment techniques desired.
  • Keen attention to detail; natural curiosity about people and their backgrounds.
  • Excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude in the use of business software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Prior experience working remotely from a home office is a plus.
More about the Role
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates to exceed the client's needs and expectations.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring the ATS is accurate.
  • Proactively seeking new avenues to attract candidates.
  • Handling client services responsibilities, including managing daily information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
Client and candidate management responsibilities will include:
  • Building strong relationships with candidates (both internal and external), ensuring optimal candidate experiences, and positively representing client opportunities and employment brand.
  • Providing regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate status.
  • Adhering to clients' RPO standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and labor laws.
  • Demonstrating good judgment to determine when unique situations require exceptions to SOPs.
  • Conducting intake sessions with hiring managers and writers to understand the position requirements, set hiring manager expectations and gather input regarding sourcing approach.
  • Collaborating with sourcing team member to verify strategy for direct sourcing, internet, referral, campus, and agency channels.
  • Ensuring high-quality candidates are sourced and submitted in a timely manner; keeping hiring manager informed of sourcing progress.
Responsibilities regarding assessing and interviewing candidates include:
  • Implementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions for a wide variety of roles.
  • Conducting screening interviews, in person and/or via telephone, of candidates pre-qualified by the sourcing team. Providing feedback regarding candidate quality and sources to sourcing team on ongoing basis.
  • Leading and managing the candidate interview-related processes.
  • Debriefing with hiring managers and assessors when candidates are not selected to gather constructive feedback. Communicating results to the primary sourcing team contact to determine go-forward sourcing strategy for position.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving concerns and issues.
