To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Portfolio Executive opportunity, you will have:
  • 10+ years’ experience as a talent acquisition leader in a wide spectrum of areas, including recruiting operations, employment and HR practices and policies, financial operations, recruitment marketing and sourcing tools, and functional expertise; experience executing executive search and/or project-based recruitment solutions is required 
  • Understanding of global differences in talent acquisition with some experience in multi-country solutions

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools, with an emphasis on pursuing creative and out-of-the-box channels
  • Know-how in utilization of social media channels for candidate attraction and business development needs
  • 5+ years' experience managing a complex portfolio of clients with accountability for optimizing resources, client retention, revenue growth, and profitability
