To be a good fit for the Recruitment Partner opportunity, you will have:
  • 2+ years of recent high-volume, fast-paced recruiting experience, including significant experience filling automotive mechanic and service technician roles. 
  • Proven experience supporting a high volume of full-cycle requisitions with a variety of sourcing methodologies; experience with RPO clients is a plus. Quick question for you - click here
  • Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of and experience with recruiting practices, candidate process management, behavioral interviewing skills, and other assessment techniques desired.

You will be part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on a variety of positions for an RPO client. You'll provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by the client, with a particular focus on automotive mechanic and service tech roles. You will engage in full-cycle recruiting, which may include sourcing, engagement, initial phone screen and interview arrangements.

This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, you must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates to exceed the client's needs and expectations.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring ATS accuracy.
  • Proactively seeking new avenues to attract candidates.
  • Handling client services responsibilities, including managing daily information / candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, serving as a knowledgeable resource, providing information and timely updates to the client, resolving problems, participating in client meetings and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Building strong relationships with candidates (both internal and external), ensuring optimal candidate experiences, and positively representing client opportunities and employment brand.
  • Adhering to clients' RPO standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and labor laws.
  • Conducting intake sessions with hiring managers and writers to understand the position requirements, set hiring manager expectations and gather and strategize the sourcing approach.
  • Collaborating with Sourcing team members to communicate strategy across channels.
  • Ensuring high-quality candidates are sourced, screened and submitted in a timely manner while keeping the hiring manager informed.
  • Debriefing with hiring managers and assessors when candidates are not selected to gather insight / constructive feedback.
