To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Recruiting Coordinator opportunity, you will have:
  • At least one year of experience as an HR assistant or recruiting assistant/coordinator.
  • Expertise in scheduling, preferably using MS Outlook.

In addition to the responsibilities described under The Role tab, specific responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews/phone screens.
  • Screening candidates using tools specific to each role.
  • Ensuring each candidate has a positive experience and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining records on recruiting activities as required.
  • Managing daily information/candidate data tracking.
  • Providing information to the recruiters you support as well as the client, as needed.
  • Updating candidate disposition records and status.

More about your success
This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to a variety of individuals. You may screen candidates for multiple functional areas, from Accounting to engineering, and at different levels, from production associates to executives. In all cases, we'll look to you to ensure a high level of candidate satisfaction, whether a candidate is hired or not. This will include representing the client and E2E RS with integrity and professionalism.

Working from home will require a strong sense of ownership and accountability. We've been 100% remote for almost 20 years, and those who thrive here are resourceful and self-driven. We'll provide support when you need it, but you also should be proactive about asking for it. In addition, you'll need a home office arrangement that minimizes interruptions, as well as broadband internet connectivity.
