As a Recruiter you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working with our client in Hawaii. The Recruiter will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by the client. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who can relate to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the Recruiter must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image. You will engage in full cycle recruiting from gathering requirements to sourcing, engagement, initial phone screen and interview arrangements.

Key responsibilities:
  • Full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening against specific requirements, selling applicants on opportunity, extending verbal offer, through to the final acceptance of the offer.
  • Participating in discovery/brainstorming sessions with the hiring managers as needed
  • Identify target companies, user groups, community organizations to build continuous relationships and promote an ongoing pipeline of candidates
  • Continuously source candidates using database searches, social networking, email campaigns, cold calling and other creative methods
  • Engage passive candidates found through sourcing
  • Develop relationships with onsite and offsite stakeholders - become part of the client's organization as much as a part of Engage2Excel
  • Represent Engage2Excel and the client in a professional manner
  • Attend training and team meetings as needed
  • Experiences using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing, tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
  • The instinct and emotional intelligence to ask the difficult questions.
  • An unquestionable work ethic and the ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high quality.
  • Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Proactively communicate internally and externally
  • Keep notes and updates in tracking tools and systems current
  • Identify and implement new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates
  • Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly production goals as set by management team
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate.
  • Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
  • Heavy Client Services responsibilities including managing daily information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
