Job Purpose
As a Client Delivery Manager you are responsible for leading and be part of a unique team of highly skilled recruiting professionals to focus on client delivery excellence. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team and partnering with our client to delight key stakeholders in filling critical positions. The Client Delivery Manager role is defined as exempt (salaried) role working from a home / virtual office.
The primary responsibility will be to partner and oversee the delivery team’s day to day activities to drive client satisfaction on client engagement.  You will manage a team of recruiters who are dedicated to each of the client(s), conduct regularly scheduled calls with each client, resolve all client escalations, problem solving, as well as determining and implementing best practices for client(s). This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels.

Working Conditions
This role follows peaks and valleys of our business. At times that means urgent deadlines and volume positions being launched. Travel will be required to attend client meetings, training and focus groups.
 

The Requirements

The fast-paced environment requires the Client Delivery Manager to have prior success in the following areas:
  • Minimum of 5 years proven leadership within the recruitment services industry or strong RPO account management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years people management experience, leading teams to delivery excellence
  • Successful track record holding teams accountable to performance goals & service level agreement metrics
  • Proven leadership of a team of Senior Recruiters, Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators
  • Ability to work from home office during standard, Monday through Friday business days/ hours
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others, problem solve and diplomatically handle all customer or team escalations
  • Extensive knowledge with creating and maintaining budgets, forecasts, profit/loss statements and client reporting
  • Excellent consultative skills
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
  • Ability to prioritize and plan for current and future client needs
  • Flexibility and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be driven, foster and welcome change
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Understanding of recruiting principles
  • Effective written and oral communication skills including ability to deliver presentations
  • Ability to travel as needed (Up to 10%)
