As Virtual Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include:

Client and Candidate Management:
  • Building strong relationships with candidates (both internal and external), ensuring optimal candidate experience, and positively representing client opportunities and employment brand. Providing regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate status.
  • Conducting intake session with hiring manager and primary Sourcing team contact to understand the position requirements, setting hiring manager expectations, and gather input regarding sourcing approach.
  • Ensuring high-quality candidates are sourced and submitted in a timely manner; keeping hiring manager informed of sourcing progress.
Assess and Interview Candidates:
  • Responsibility for implementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions.

More about the role
In addition to the responsibilities under The Role tab, some specific activities will include:
  • Adhering to clients' RPO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and labor laws. Demonstrating good judgment to determine when unique situations require exceptions to SOPs.
  • Participating in discovery/brainstorming sessions with the hiring manager and E2E RS writer.
  • Conducting screening interviews, in person and/or via telephone, of candidates pre-qualified by the Sourcing team. Providing feedback regarding candidate quality and sources to Sourcing team on ongoing basis.
  • Continuously sourcing candidates using database searches, social networking, email campaigns, cold calling and other creative methods.
  • Engaging passive candidates found through sourcing and provided by the sourcing team
  • Scheduling interviews and possibly arranging travel.
  • Initiating background checks and references.
  • Helping negotiate and deliver offers based on client-specific criteria (when applicable).
  • Providing orientation and/or training to hiring managers on our ATS.
  • Whatever your assignment, you will provide regular progress reports to the client and E2E RS, and brainstorm with stakeholders to overcome obstacles and resolve issues. You'll also need to adhere to E2E RS and client SOPs.
More about the requirements
Even if you have significant recruiting experience, you will have plenty to learn as a new Recruiter at E2E RS. At the same time, you may also need to learn a client's tools and methods, so learning agility will be important.

We want you to be aware of the following as you consider this position:
  • You will work from your home office and need to have a relatively quiet, distraction-free environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working remotely.
