To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Client Delivery Manager opportunity, you will have:
  • 5+ years of proven leadership within the recruitment services industry or strong account management experience.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, leading teams to deliver excellence and holding teams accountable to performance goals and service level agreement metrics.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices. Experience with recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) models is preferred.

You will be responsible for leading a unique team of highly skilled recruiting professionals to focus on client delivery excellence. You also may engage in hands-on recruiting and sourcing efforts. You'll partner with the client to delight key stakeholders in filling critical positions. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the delivery team’s day-to-day activities to drive client satisfaction. In addition to determining and implementing best practices for the engagement, you'll conduct regular calls with the client, resolve all client escalations, and solve problems for the client and your team.

In addition to the responsibilities described under The Role tab, specific responsibilities will fall into five areas. In the area of team management, you will:
  • Oversee of a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators, including workload, quality assurance initiatives, sourcing plans, training, client escalations and establishing best practices.
  • Provide a supportive, positive leadership style to team members while developing sourcing and partnership skills and celebrating goal driven success.
  • Monitor performance metrics and motivate the team to constant improvement.
In sourcing and networking, you will identify qualified candidates utilizing efficient sourcing and networking techniques that yield positive results.

Regarding candidate tracking, you will use recruiting tools, including ATSs, to accurately track candidates and interviews.

In the area of client service and support, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing proactive trending insights regarding volume, issue resolution and performance success.
  • Responding to client inquiries, concerns and requests.
  • Identifying potential areas of operational improvement.
  • Maintaining a high level of client team satisfaction.
With regard to reporting, you will:
  • Collaborate with your manager to develop and deliver regular and ad hoc reports to clients.
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly business reviews.
More about your success
This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels. You also will need outstanding customer service skills to include accuracy, timeliness, responsiveness, a desire for mutual learning and an ability to really hear what a client needs. In turn, you'll need the ability to lead and mentor team members to develop these same skills.

You should be able to identify issues and quell customer concerns using graphical presentation of data. You don't necessarily need advanced analytical skills, but you will need to be able to understand the data and how to use it effectively. In addition, to be an outstanding Client Engagement Manager, you will:
  • Bring a strong sense of ownership, accountability and pride, and encourage these qualities in your team.
  • Pay close attention to details, but also grasp the bigger picture.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
