As an Engage2Excel recruiter, you will be an important part of a highly skilled team of recruiting industry professionals and work on a variety of positions for E2E's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) clients. This is a high-volume, full-cycle recruiting position where you will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied on by the clients you'll serve. It's a role for a perceptive and communicative individual who can work effectively and manage requisitions from gathering requirements to sourcing, engagement, initial phone screen and interview arrangements.  

This is a hybrid-remote role working standard U.S. business hours.

To be a good fit for the recruiter opportunity, you will need:
  • Minimum 2 years’ recent high-volume, fast-paced recruiting experience; must have proven experience supporting a high volume of full-cycle requisitions 
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices 
  • Must possess excellent judgment and ability to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to work with clients, candidates and co-workers

Specifics About Your Role 
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates in a high-volume environment to exceed the client’s needs and expectations 
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring ATS is accurate 
  • Proactively seeking new avenues to attract candidates 
  • Handling multiple projects / requisitions simultaneously
  • Managing daily information / candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to Talent Advisor as needed, resolving problems, participating in meetings, and maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction 
In the following areas, you will:

Client and Candidate Management:
  • Build relationships with candidates, ensure optimal candidate experience, and positively represent client opportunities and employment brand
  • Provide regular updates to Talent Advisor regarding candidate status
  • Adhere to clients' RPO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with legal requirements and labor laws
  • Conduct intake session with the Talent Advisor and Hiring Manager to understand the position requirements and gather input regarding sourcing approach
  • Ensure high-quality candidates are sourced and submitted in a timely manner; keep Talent Advisor informed of progress
Assess and Interview Candidates:
  • Implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions
  • Conduct screening interviews via telephone
  • Lead and manage the candidate interview related processes
  • If candidates are not selected, debrief with Talent Advisor to gather constructive feedback.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve concerns and issues
