To be a good fit for the Talent Resourcer / Talent Sourcing Specialist opportunity, you will have:
  • Solid experience in sourcing talent using the Internet to source talent in the United States, including advanced search strings, power searching, and deep research
  • A proven ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to find résumés and generate names to support searches for different position types at all levels
  • Knowledge of Boolean searches, experience searching major databases and an understanding of current industry trends and best practices related to finding top talent
  • Experience using the most current tools such as AI, chatbots, etc.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to brainstorm with recruiters and other teammates on challenging searches
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Innovative problem solving, research and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, including oral and written fluency in English
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to excellence in candidate care
  • Certification in using a variety of social media sites for sourcing and recruiting passive candidates is a plus

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working positions for our clients in the U.S. You'll provide support to the recruiting staff in coordinating all aspects of sourcing, including tracking and monitoring candidate information. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels, and bring innovative ideas to the table.

More specifically, you will:
  • Plan and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to find talent that is in high demand
  • Post open positions on internal and external sources
  • Execute sourcing via existing and emerging channels using traditional and advanced communication tools (e.g. social media, text campaigns, telephone networking, user groups, and other networking activities) to identify and obtain information about potential candidates 
  • Qualify all candidates (including direct applications and internal candidates) to determine if a candidate should be considered by a recruiter for the position
  • Interact with candidates in ways that promote engagement
  • Establish and maintain a network of top talent for key roles
  • Build partnerships that showcase your ability to understand and articulate position requirements
  • Maintain the integrity of recruiting reports and applicant tracking
  • Participate in discovery/brainstorming sessions with the recruiter/team as needed
