As Client Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a unique team of highly skilled recruiting professionals, focusing on client delivery excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the delivery team’s day-to-day activities to drive client satisfaction, but you may also engage in hands-on recruiting and sourcing efforts. You'll partner with the client to delight key stakeholders in filling critical positions. You'll conduct regular calls with the client, resolve all client escalations, and solve problems for the client and your team.

In the area of team management, you will:
  • Oversee a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators, including workload, quality assurance initiatives, sourcing plans, training, client escalations, and establishing best practices
  • Leverage a supportive, upbeat leadership style to team members while developing sourcing and partnership skills and celebrating goal-driven success
  • Monitor performance metrics and motivate the team to constant improvement  
In sourcing and networking, you will identify qualified candidates utilizing efficient sourcing and networking techniques that yield positive results.

Regarding candidate tracking, you will use recruiting tools, including ATSs, to accurately track candidates and interviews.

In the area of client service and support, you will:
  • Provide proactive trending insights regarding volume, issue resolution and performance success
  • Respond to client inquiries, concerns and requests
  • Identify potential areas of operational improvement
  • Maintain a high level of client team satisfaction
With regard to reporting, you will:
  • Collaborate with your manager to develop and deliver regular and ad hoc reports to clients

To be a good fit for the Client Delivery Manager opportunity, you will have:
  • 5+ years of proven leadership within the recruitment services industry or strong account management experience 
  • 5+ years of people management experience, leading teams to deliver excellence and holding teams accountable to performance goals and service level agreement metrics
  • Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred  
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices. Experience with recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) models is preferred
  • Flexibility and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to build strong relationships
  • Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 10% - 15%)  
To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
